In this post, I'll share with you the four golden rules of weight loss. If you really want to lose weight, then you've got to follow these rules else you'll never lose weight.
The four golden rules are:
1) Follow the Diet - Choose your diet and follow it carefully. Never mess your diet. If you are following the South Beach diet then do it continuously. Never skip the diet even a single day. Integrate the diets with the workouts.
2) Make A Workout Plan – When it comes to losing weight having a workout plan is really important. Keep a check on the workouts you do, the number of reps, sets performed.
3) Make Goals – Make goals and motivate yourself with music you like. Make goals that you should lose so much weight in a week or a month.
4) Be Disciplined – Set timings for your workout and workout at that time every day. Never skip a day off. Stay clear and focus on your goal.
